FRUIT COCKTAIL DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
Dash of salt
1 egg
1 lg. can fruit cocktail
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. nuts

Blend flour, sugar, soda and salt together. Add beaten egg. Fold in fruit cocktail; mix well. Pour in ungreased 9"x9" square pan. Mix brown sugar and nuts, spread on top of mixture. Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 6 to 8.
