SPARKLING BEET CUP 
1 lg. can sliced beets, cut shoestring style
1 pkg. lemon Jello (sm.)
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. hot horseradish

Bring 1 1/2 cups beet juice plus water to boil. Dissolve Jello in hot juice. Add other items and pour into molds. Serves 6.
