OVERNIGHT FRENCH TOAST 
3 eggs
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
6 slices French or sour dough bread, cut 3/4-inch thick

Whisk all ingredients together. Soak bread overnight. Melt real butter in a skillet and saute until set and golden brown on one side; turn and cover, finish cooking through on second side. Serve with pure maple syrup.

Alternatively, bake at 350°F until browned on top and egg has set in the middle, about 45 minutes.
