OVEN CARAMEL CORN 
15 c. popped corn
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/8 c. honey
1/8 c. molasses
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Mix brown sugar, butter, honey and molasses, and salt in saucepan. Cook, stir over medium heat until bubbles appear around edge. Then time for 5 minutes more.

Take pan off heat. Add soda and stir until foamy. Pour over popcorn, covering kernels. Bake in 200 degree oven for 1 hour. Stir every 15-20 minutes. Corn will get crunchy.
