ITALIAN GOULASH 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. red pepper
Water
1 med. onion
2 stalks celery
1 bell pepper
1 (12 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni

Brown ground beef in saucepan. Chop vegetables until fine. Then stir into beef. Put in rest of ingredients. Cover with water. Cook for 1 hour. Cook macaroni, then drain. Mix with beef well.
