CHEESE PUFFS 
1 loaf thin sliced bread, trimmed
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
2/3 stick butter, softened
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. dry mustard
Seasoned salt to taste
Dried parsley flakes

Cream butter and cheese. Add egg and seasoning. Spread on slices of bread making 2 layers, cut into 4 squares. Ice thinly on top and sides like a cake. Place on cookie sheet and freeze then put in plastic bags and keep in freezer. Bake on cookie sheet at 350 degrees about 15 minutes or until puffed and brown. May be kept in refrigerator 1 week.
