1 pkg. family size brownie mix
2 eggs
1/3 c. water
1/3 c. oil
1 1/2 tbsp. instant coffee
1 tsp. ground cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place 2 inch foil cupcake liners on cookie sheet. Combine brownie mix, eggs, water, oil, coffee and cinnamon. Stir until well blended (about 50 strokes). Fill each liner with 1 tablespoon batter. Bake 12-15 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean. Cool completely. Garnish with whipped cream and dash of cinnamon if desired. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
