BARBECUE SPARE RIBS | |
1 c. catsup 2 tbsp. brown sugar 2 tbsp. vinegar 4 tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper 1/2 c. celery (chopped) 1 onion, chopped fine 3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Green pepper 1 tsp. paprika 1 tsp. chili powder 1 can tomato soup or tomato paste Cook ribs until tender and put ribs in a baking pan and bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours baste frequently. Serve over a bed of white rice with lots of barbecue sauce. |
