BARBECUE SPARE RIBS 
4 lb. country style spareribs
2 jars jr. peaches
1/3 c. catsup
1/3 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 cloves minced garlic
2 tsp. salt
Pepper

Mix all ingredients except ribs. Rub ribs on both sides with salt and pepper. Place ribs meat side up in foil lined pan. Bake in 450 degree oven for 30 minutes. Pour off fat. Pour sauce over ribs (save some for basting). Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until done. Baste with sauce several times while baking.
