BARBECUED SPARE RIBS 
2 lbs. spare ribs
1 med. onion
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 tbsp. vinegar
Salt and peppertbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. water
1 bottle chili sauce

Cut spare ribs into serving portions, simmer in a little water for 15-20 minutes. Drain and place in a baking dish. Put remaining ingredients together and simmer for 20 minutes slowly. Pour over spare ribs and bake for 45 minutes.
