BARBECUED SPARE RIBS 
3 lbs. spare ribs
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. Heinz 57 steak sauce
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. prepared mustard
Water

Place 3 pounds of spare ribs in a shallow pan. Combine vinegar; steak sauce; salt and mustard. Pour half the liquid over the ribs and bake 1/2 hour in 350 degree oven. Turn and baste with remaining liquid. Bake until tender, about 1 hour. If becomes dry, add water as needed. Serve with baked potato and tossed green salad.
