HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 stick butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
1 (6 oz.) carton sour cream

Melt butter and add cream of mushroom soup, Cheez Whiz and sour cream. Mix and add 2 pound bag of hash brown potatoes. Pour into a greased casserole. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 250 degrees.
