1 (8 inch) flower pot
1 lg. pkg. Oreo cookies
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3 1/2 c. milk
1 c. powdered sugar
2 (3 oz.) pkg. instant French vanilla pudding
1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip
1/2 stick butter

Crush 1 row of cookies at a time. Cream butter, cream cheese, and sugar. In a separate bowl, mix milk and pudding. Fold in Cool Whip. Combine butter mixture and pudding mixture.

Line flower pot with foil. Alternate layers of pudding mix and crushed cookies, beginning and ending with cookies. Cover with foil and chill.
