TWINKIE DESSERT 
6 oz. chocolate chips
3 tbsp. water
4 egg yolks
Twinkies
4 egg whites

Melt chocolate chips in water. Blend in egg yolks, one at a time. Cool. Layer split Twinkies (lengthwise) in a 9x13 inch pan cream side up. (This is about 9 whole Twinkies.)

Whip 4 egg whites and fold into chocolate mixture. Pour on top of Twinkies. Cool. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with nuts or cherries.
