TWINKIE DESSERT 
8 Twinkies, cut in half lengthwise
2 c. chocolate chips
1 tbsp. vanilla
4 tbsp. water
5 tbsp. sugar
6 eggs, separated
Chopped nuts

Line a 9"x13" Pyrex dish with Twinkies, cut side up. Beat egg yolks, sugar, water and vanilla until smooth; add melted chocolate chips. Beat egg whites, fold into chocolate mixture. Spread over Twinkies. Sprinkle with nuts, cover with Cool Whip and refrigerate.
