2 c. sugar
1/2 c. white Karo syrup
1/2 c. water
2 egg whites

Mix sugar, Karo and water together and heat until comes to a soft boil. Set aside.

Beat 2 egg whites and pour 1/2 cup of sugar and syrup mixture over egg whites. Put remaining mixture back over heat until it forms a hard ball.

After this stage also add it to the egg whites and stir until hard enough to form. Pour this into a pan to harden or drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper.
