HAWAIIAN CHICKEN SALAD 
SALAD:

2 qts. coarsely cut up cooked chicken (I use chicken breasts)
1 (5 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 lb. white grapes
2 c. toasted slivered almonds
1 can pineapple chunks, drained

Mix all ingredients together.

DRESSING;
3 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. curry powder

Mix all ingredients well. Pour over chicken mixture. Toss until all salad is coated.
