CHICKEN HAWAIIAN SALAD | |
1 (4 lb.) hen, cooked, boned, and diced 3 1/2 c. celery, chopped 1 1/2 c. seedless white grapes, halved 1 c. pineapple chunks or tidbits 1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced 1 pkg. slivered almonds 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. soy sauce 1 tsp. curry powder Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, soy sauce and curry powder. Add chicken and other ingredients; let stand overnight in refrigerator. |
