PUDDING COOKIES 
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. butter
1/4 c. white sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. instant pudding, used dry
2 eggs
12 oz. chocolate chips
1 c. nut meats

Combine butter, sugars, vanilla and pudding; beat until smooth. Beat in eggs. Gradually stir in dry ingredients, chips and nuts. Batter will be stiff. Drop by spoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake at 375°F for 8 to 10 minutes.
