1 chicken, diced or 3 c. cooked chicken
1 pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® long grain and wild rice
1 can French style green beans, drained
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can cream of celery soup
1 med. jar pimento
1 can water chestnuts
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Cook rice as directed. Add other ingredients and bake at 350 degrees until brown. Can be frozen.
