3 c. cooked chicken, cut up
1 (6 oz.) pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® combination wild and white rice, cook as directed & set aside
1 c. celery or mushroom soup
1 med. onion, grated
2 cans French style green beans
1 can water chestnuts, drained, diced
1 c. mayonnaise
1 med. jar pimentos
Salt & pepper to taste

Add all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into a 3 quart casserole. Cover with foil and bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Remove foil, sprinkle buttered bread crumbs. Return to oven, uncovered, for a few minutes. To freeze, do not cook prior to freezing.
