4 c. cooked chicken, chopped
1 box UNCLE BEN'S® long grain and brown rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 med. jar sliced pimentos
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can sliced water chestnuts
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 pkgs. frozen French-style green beans, cooked 2 minutes

Mix all ingredients and bake in a 9x13 inch casserole dish at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until heated through. Put grated Parmesan cheese on top, if desired.
