NEW ORLEANS SHRIMP 
1 1/2 lbs. fresh shrimp, cooked
1/3 c. salad oil
2 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 green onions with tops, minced
1 tsp. paprika

Clean shrimp. Combine the rest of the ingredients. Pour over shrimp and toss lightly. Chill 2 hours in refrigerator.
