HUNGARIAN COOKIES 
4 c. flour
1 lb. sweet butter
3 egg yolks
2 tbsp. confectioners sugar
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
Grated rind of 1 lemon

Mix flour and butter like pie dough. Add well beaten egg yolks and rest of ingredients. Form into small balls, the size of a walnut. Makes 60 or 70. Put in covered bowl, refrigerate overnight. Roll out next day, fill with nut or apricot filling. Roll up and bake 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Makes 60 to 70.
