PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE CAKE 
2 sticks butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. peanut butter
1 1/2 tbsp. oil

Mix first 6 ingredients and bring to a boil. Mix next 3 ingredients. Use a spoon and beat in first mixture. Bake at 350 degrees in sheet cake pan about 25 minutes. While hot, mix peanut butter and oil, spread on cake. If you want you can make holes in the cake with a fork first.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. buttermilk
1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Boil butter, milk and cocoa and vanilla. Beat in sugar. This goes over the peanut butter while hot, too.
