LOW - CAL APPLE PIE | |
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Have ready a 9-inch pie pan lined with pastry. Reserve rolled top crust. Pare, core and thinly slice 6 to 7 medium tart apples. Combine and mix with apples: 3/4 c. brown Sugar Twin 1 tsp. cinnamon 2 tbsp. flour 1/2 tsp. nutmeg Fill prepared pan with apple mixture. Dot with 2 tablespoons butter Place top crust over apples and crimp edges. Prick small holes with fork in crust. Bake 50 minutes. Cool on wire rack. Makes 8 servings. Only 231 calories per serving. |
