1/2 c. cottage cheese 2 tbsp. shortening 1/8 tsp. salt 1/3 c. all-purpose flour Squeeze cottage cheese dry with cloth. Discard liquid from cottage cheese and push cheese through a sieve. Cut shortening into flour and salt, then add cottage cheese, mixing with a fork until ball of dough is formed. |
