LOW-CAL REESE'S PEANUT BUTTER

8 graham cracker squares, crushed into crumbs
2 tbsp. butter
1 pkg. Equal
1 sm. pkg. chocolate sugar free pudding mix
4 tbsp. peanut butter
1 c. skim milk
1/2 c. evaporated skim milk

Mix graham cracker crumbs, butter and Equal. Press into pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes.

Mix pudding mix, peanut butter and milk and pour into cooled pie crust. Chill for 3 hours or more. Serves 4. Each Serving = 1 protein, 1 bread, 1 3/4 fat and 1 milk.
