LOW CAL CHESS PIE 
1/2 c. boiling water
1 pkg. lemon Jello (no sugar)
1 (12 oz.) pkg. cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip

Pour water and Jello into blender. Blend on high, add cottage cheese and blend. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour into graham cracker crust and chill for at least 1 hour. Serves 8.
