LOW CAL BANANA CREAM PIE 
1 1/2 c. skim milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 banana
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 pie crust
3/4 tsp. or 3 pkgs. Sweet & Low
1 egg
1 recipe Sweet & Low Fluffy Frosting

Blend flour with 1/2 cup milk; scald remaining 1 cup milk and add flour and milk. Mix Sweet & Low, vanilla, salt, lemon juice, and egg. Cook in top of double boiler, stirring until thick. Slice 1 banana into baked, chilled pie crust. Spread with cream filling. Cool. Add frosting. Use in 2 hours.

FLUFFY FROSTING (56 calories) :
2 tbsp. dry milk
1/2 tsp. unflavored gelatin
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. Sweet & Low or 2 pkgs.
2 tbsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla

Soften gelatin in 2 teaspoons water for 5 minutes and dissolve over hot water. Combine all remaining ingredients in small bowl of mixer and beat on high speed for 15 minutes. Add dissolved gelatin very slowly, continuing to beat for another few minutes until frosting will stand in peaks. Use within 2 hours.
