STREUSEL CREAM PEACH PIE 
4 c. peaches
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. cream
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter, softened

Arrange peaches in a pastry-lined pie pan. Sprinkle sugar and nutmeg over peaches. Beat egg, and cream together and pour over pie. Mix brown sugar, flour and butter until crumbly and sprinkle over top. Bake until brown on top at 425 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes. This is great warm or with vanilla ice cream. Store tightly covered in refrigerator if it ever makes it there.
