STREUSEL CREAM PEACH PIE 
4 c. quartered peeled peaches (8 to 10)
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 egg
2 tbsp. evaporated milk, or heavy cream
1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. soft butter

Heat oven to 450 degrees (hot). Arrange peaches in pastry lined pie pan. Sprinkle sugar and nutmeg over peaches. Beat egg and cream or evaporated milk together, then pour over peaches and sugar. Mix brown sugar, flour and butter until crumbly. Sprinkle crumb mixture over fruit in pie pan. Bake 35 to 45 minutes or until brown. Serve slightly warm.
