CANDY MINTS 
1 lb. box confectioners' sugar
1/2 stick butter (room temperature)
2 tbsp. water
1 tsp. clear vanilla or peppermint flavoring
Food coloring, optional

Mix ingredients until it forms a smooth dough. Roll into tiny balls and press into candy molds that have been dipped into very super fine sugar. Press the bottom of the mold to remove and place onto cookie sheet to dry. Store airtight. (Other flavoring extract may be used as well such as lemon, almond or raspberry.)
