BEEF AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, sliced
1 1/2 c. water
1 can condensed Mushroom soup
1 (7 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder or season to taste
1 1/2 c. Minute rice
1 med. tomato
1 green pepper, cut up

Brown ground beef in skillet. Leaving meat in large chunks, add onion and cook over medium heat until tender. Add 1 1/2 cups water, mushroom soup, whole kernel corn, salt and chili powder or season to taste. Bring to a boil. Stir 1 1/2 cups Minute rice, add 1 medium tomato, cut into slices 1 cut up green pepper, cover and simmer 5 minutes. Fluff with fork and serve.
