CHERYL'S MUSHROOMS MILLIONAIRE 
1 lb. mushrooms
1 pkg. (12 oz.) frozen creamed spinach, thawed
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/8 tsp. or more ground black pepper
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire
2 tbsp. or more grated Parmesan

Remove stems from mushrooms, brush dirt from caps. Place caps hollow side up on foiled pan. Open side of spinach pouch. Add garlic, pepper, Worcestershire; stir well. Spoon mixture into caps. Sprinkle tops with grated.

Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 15 minutes 4 inches from heating element, or broil 3 to 5 minutes.
