MACARONI SALAD 
1 lb. box macaroni
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
4 carrots, shredded
1 can Eagle Brand milk
3/4 to 1 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Cook macaroni according to directions on box. Rinse and drain. Chop green peppers and onion. Shred carrots and add along with remaining ingredients to macaroni. Mix well.
