CHICKEN AND RICE 
4 chicken breasts or preferred pieces
1/2 c. raw rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
butter
Season to taste

Season the skin side of breasts with salt, black pepper and paprika. Turn and repeat. Place skin side down in a baking dish. Put a generous piece of butter in breast cavity. Put in 350 degree oven. Bake about 45 minutes.

Sprinkle rice among the chicken pieces. Spoon mushroom soup on top of rice. Pour 3/4 cup hot water on rice and dribble a bit on chicken. Bake 30 minutes more, stirring a time or two.
