BEEF AND BROCCOLI STIR FRY 
1 lb. boneless beef steak (slightly frozen)
1/2 c. water (divided)
1/4 c. Teriyaki sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. sherry
1 clove garlic (chopped
1 tbsp. cornstarch
4 tbsp. Wesson oil
1 bunch fresh broccoli
1 c. sliced celery
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 c. thinly sliced carrots

Cut steak into thin slices across grain. marinate meat in 1/4 cup water, teriyaki sauce, sugar, garlic and sherry. While preparing the vegetables (approximately 15 minutes). Cut broccoli florets into 1 inch slices.

Heat oil in wok or large iron skillet, drain steak well reserve marinade. Add steak to hot oil one half at a time stir fry until browned. Add vegetables to skillet after meat has been browned and removed stir fry one minute. Add cornstarch to remaining 1/4 cup water stir and add to marinade return meat to skillet with vegetables and marinade, stir, cover and steam for 3 to 4 minutes. Serve over hot rice or fried noodles.
