PECAN PIE 
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. butter (melted)
4 tbsp. milk (or Carnation)
1 egg (well beaten)
1 c. chopped pecans or shredded

Makes 1 pie. Bake at 370 degrees or until brown for 30 minutes.

PIE CRUST:

1 stick butter
1 (3 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
1 1/2 c. flour (plain flour)
