COCONUT BARS 
2 eggs
1 can fruit cocktail
2 1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat all ingredients thoroughly. Grease and flour cookie sheet. Spread batter, sprinkle 1 1/2 cups coconut and 1/2 cup chopped walnuts on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

GLAZE:

1 stick butter
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. canned milk

Boil 2 minutes, add 1 teaspoon vanilla and cool while cake bakes. Dribble over top while cake is warm. Quick, easy, delicious.
