GAMMA WISE'S MULLIGAN STEW 
1 stewing hen, up to 4 lbs.
1 1/2 qt. diced potatoes
1 qt. chopped onions
6 ears corn
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1 qt. milk
1 stick butter

Stew hen and chop fine; reserve broth. Place in large pot and add potatoes and onions. Simmer 3 hours. Add cut corn and butter. Add milk just before serving. This makes a meal with salad and hot rolls.
