RHUBARB CRUNCH 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. uncooked oatmeal
3 c. chopped rhubarb
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix flour, butter, nuts, brown sugar and oatmeal until crumbly. Put part of mixture in greased dish. Put rhubarb on top. Mix cinnamon and sugar and place on top of rhubarb. Cover with rest of crumbly mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve cold.
