PINEAPPLE CAKE | |
2 c. sugar 2 c. flour 1 lg. can crushed pineapple (drained) 1 tsp. baking power 1 tsp. baking soda 2 eggs Mix together. Pour in 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake 1 1/2 hours in 275 degree oven. Cool and frost. CREAM CHEESE FROSTING: 1 (3 oz.) cream cheese (soften) 1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar Milk to make creamy 1 c. chopped pecans Mix well and spread on cooled cake. Sprinkle with 1 cup chopped pecans. |
