BEEFY CHEESE BALL 
3 jars (4 oz.) dried beef
3 pkgs. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. Accent

Shred beef in blender; save 1/2 cup shredded beef, with large spoon, blend cream cheese, onion, Worcestershire, remaining shredded beef. Shape into 2 large or 4 small balls. Roll in reserved shredded beef. Serve at room temperature with crackers. Freezes well.
