2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 jar chopped beef (chop in food processor)
1 bunch green onions (chopped, use some tops)
Pecans, chopped

Mix cream cheese (room temperature), dried beef, onions together. Shape into ball and roll in chopped pecans. Makes 1 ball.
