BROCCOLI PASTA 
2 c. bite size broccoli
3 tbsp. oil
2 cloves garlic
1 big pkg. rigatoni noodles
1 lb. grated Mozzarella cheese
1 can tomato sauce
1 can tomato paste
Grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. oregano

Start with making the sauce. In a saucepan put in tomato sauce, paste, 1 garlic clove, oregano. Add water to desired consistency and bring to a boil. Turn it to simmer and add Parmesan cheese, and salt and pepper to taste.

Put noodles on to full boil. After done, rinse and drain in hot water.

Put oil and garlic in frying pan and heat to medium high. Add broccoli and stir until broccoli turns bright green.

In a large pot, put cooked noodles, broccoli, and Mozzarella cheese. Yes, it turns into a big stringy mess, but that is what makes it so good. Serve it on a plate and cover with sauce. Mamma-mia, that's a spicy broccoli.
