PICKLED PASTA 
1 pkg. (16 oz.) rigatoni noodles

Cook as directed in 1/4 cup oil in water. Marinate in the following (in a large pickling jar) :

2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. cider vinegar
1 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. salt
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. Accent
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 onion, thinly sliced

Best if allowed to marinate in refrigerator for at least 24 hours before serving. Store in refrigerator.
