“CAROLINA PASTA SALAD” IS IN:

CAROLINA PASTA SALAD 
1 box spiral pasta, cooked
1/2 to 1 pint cherry tomatoes, quartered
1 can white corn, drained
1/2 cup green olives, chopped
1/4 cup red onion, sliced thinly
1/2 cup pickled okra, sliced
5 to 10 pickled jalapeņo slices, chopped
1 cup ham, diced

Dressing:

1/2 cup dill dressing
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp. Ranch dressing
2 tsp. lemon juice
Salt and pepper

Mix salad ingredients in a large glass bowl. Be sure not to cook the pasta too long, or it will be sticky. Mix dressing ingredients to taste. Add more if necessary. I get the dill dressing at my local German deli. Mix dressing into salad until completely coated. Refrigerate for a couple of hours.

Optional ingredients: Frozen green peas, garbanzo beans, black olives.
