BROCCOLI CORN CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) can cream style corn
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
12 crackers, coarsely crumbled
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
6 crackers, coarsely crumbled
1 tbsp. melted butter

Combine corn, broccoli, and crumbs of 12 crackers, egg, 2 tablespoons melted butter, onion, salt and pepper. Place in 1 quart buttered casserole. Combine remaining cracker crumbs and butter. Sprinkle on top and bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees, or until heated through. (I partially cooked broccoli in microwave first.)

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
