CORN AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 lg. or 2 med. eggs, slightly beaten
1 (17 oz.) can (303) cream style corn
10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli (cooked briefly and drained)
2/3 c. saltine cracker crumbs (about 14 crackers)
1 tbsp. onion, minced
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1/4 c. saltine cracker crumbs (about 6 crackers)

To the beaten egg (s), add corn, broccoli, 2/3 cup crumbs and onion. Turn into 1 quart casserole. Mix 1/4 cup crumbs with butter; spread over top. Bake uncovered, for 35 minutes in 350 degree oven. Test doneness as for cake.
